Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using a FTU artist Ana Rasha included in my supplies
Scrap kit 07 by Heartfelt Scraps here
Tube here
Word Art here
Plugins Eyecandy - Gradient Glow and HSB Noise
MuRa's Meister - Copies

Open a new image 600 x 250 with a white background.

Add a new layer above the white background, flood fill this layer with a gradient of choice.

Copy and paste one of the flowers included in the kit, apply a drop shadow, go to MuRa’s Meister - Copies - Wall Paper (Rotate). I used the default setting as I didn’t want the whole background covered. This is totally up to you, just play around until you have something you like.

Select the white background layer, go to Selections - Modify - Select Selection Borders and use 5.

Add a new layer above the others, flood fill this layer with a gradient of choice. Now go to Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - HBS Noise and use the default settings.

Repeat the above steps for the thin white frame, only this time use 7 as the setting and then move this layer below the gradient frame. Apply a drop shadow to the white frame and merge the two layers.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer below the frame. Position in the center. Apply a drop shadow.

Open the word art included in my supplies, resize by 90 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.  Selections - Modify - Select Selection Borders and use 5.

Add a new layer below the word art, flood fill with a gradient of choice. Apply HSB Noise using the same settings as before. Apply a drop shadow.

Add any copyrights and your name, save as a PNG.

*NOTE to make the avatar repeat the above steps using a 150 x 150 new image.
